Important Notice: for external use only. Not suitable for children under 12 years old. Keep away from infants. When not in use, Wash with warm soapy water or 70% alcohol and keep in a plastic box supplied. In case of ear infections or other ear problems, consult with a doctor before use. Fitting: Gently pull ear outward and upward and insert plug into ear canal with a slight twisting motion. Do not use force. Allow plug to sit comfortably in-ear. If painful, remove and reinsert. Check that strong background noises are blocked while normal speech can be heard. If you can’t hear normal voices, the plug is inserted wrongly.
