A Beautiful city needs to be seen from all angles. This year, we are inviting you to participate in the first ever Bonifacio High Street Photo & Video Competition where exciting prizes await you, plus the chance to be featured in an exhibit at BGC.

Who Can Join

  • This contest is open to anyone who is of legal age, of any nationality, and is currently residing in the Philippines.
  • Contestants are NOT REQUIRED to purchase anything from Urban Gadgets PH prior to joining the competition.

How to Join

A contestant can join the competition by submitting at least one photo or video of Bonifacio High Street taken using any of the following DJI drones:DJI Mavic Pro, DJI Mavic 2 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Spark, DJI Mini, DJI Mini2, DJI Mini3, DJI Air, DJI Air 2, DJI Air2S. A maximum of three photo and/or video entries is allowed per contestant.

Step 1 – The contestant must be a follower of Urban Gadgets PH on Facebook and Instagram before joining.

Step 2 – Register for permits here: Permit Form

Step 3 – On your shoot day, Claim your Pilot ID in-store before you shoot

After shooting, surrender your pilot ID to the branch. If your Pilot ID has not been returned your entry will not be valid.

Step 4 – Post your photo(s) and/or videos on your own Facebook or Instagram account and tag at least three of your friends.

  • Your photo(s) privacy settings must be set to Public if posted on Facebook and your account settings must be set to public if posted on Instagram.

How to Win

  • Participants must pre-register for permits and pay the entrance fee. Those who take photos/videos for this competition that are not registered for BGC permits do not qualify.
  • Photos must be taken using only any of these equipment: DJI Mavic Pro, DJI Mavic 2 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Spark, DJI Mini, DJI Mini2, DJI Mini3, DJI Air, DJI Air 2, DJI Air2S
  • Photo entry should be a new post taken in between October 1-9 at Bonifacio High Street.
  • 12 Shortlisted entries will be posted on Urban Gadgets PH and Facebook and Instagram accounts on November 4.
  • Six (6) entries will be chosen as finalists.

 

Originality

Showcasing the beauty of the Bonifacio Global City using their DJI™ drone. Entries must be unique and must interpret how captivating Bonifacio High Street is from the skies.

12 Semi Finalists’ photos will be open for public voting via Facebook and Instagram from November 4-13, 2022. The most number of “likes” and “shares” will get the highest score in this criterion.

  • Only one (1) entry will be determined as the winner of the grand prize.
  • Finalists and winners will be notified via email and will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
  • Prizes will be released during awarding ceremony at One Bonifacio High Street Mall on December 16, 2022

File Specifications

  • Photos/Videos must be taken using only any of these equipment: DJI Mavic Pro, DJI Mavic 2 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Spark, DJI Mini, DJI Mini2, DJI Mini3, DJI Air, DJI Air 2, DJI Air2S, DJI Avata.
  • Photos/videos must be taken only within October 1-9
  • Video must be minimum 30 seconds, maximum 2 minutes and must contain at least 15 seconds of aerial footage of BGC taken during the official shoot days.
  • Minor photo enhancements are allowed but it is limited only to brightness, contrast, sharpness, saturation, shadow, highlights
  • Videos can be edited to tell a story and can include a few ground shots. The majority of shots should be aerial.
  • Manipulating or adding other elements in the photo or video will not be accepted.

How to Claim Prizes

  • Urban Gadgets PH will contact the winners within 3 business days from the date when winners have been announced.
  • Winners must present a valid ID and metadata of the image file will be required from the six finalists for verification purposes.
  • Prizes will be released during awarding ceremony at One Bonifacio High Street Mall on December 16, 2022
  • In the event that the winner cannot attend the awarding ceremony, prizes can be claimed at BGC branch only up to 30 days from awarding day.

Contest Limitations

Employees of Urban Gadgets PH. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity are not eligible to join the competition.

Media Release Consent

All contestants that have submitted entries in this competition give Urban Gadgets PH and FBDC permission to use the content as they deem fit.
