How do Pre-orders work?

Customers may place their orders in advance by pre-ordering products from our website. This is a new feature on our website and as such, it still has some limitations such as:

  1. Only one product can be ordered per transaction;
  2. We only accept upfront payments through Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal, DragonPay and TendoPay;
  3. Shipping will be delayed due to the community quarantine, the earliest possible arrival date will be 3-5 business days after the quarantine is lifted; and
  4. A No-Cancellation Policy will be imposed to ensure that we are able to prioritize and fulfill orders of serious buyers only. This is further explained in more detail in our Terms and Conditions page.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We want to make it very easy for you to shop. There are several payment methods you can choose from:

Bank Transfer – Simply deposit your payment to our bank accounts and use the Deposit Slip form to send us a picture or screenshot of your bank deposit slip/fund transfer transaction so that we can process your payment immediately.

Credit Cards and Debit Cards – We accept all credit and debit cards via PayPal. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to use this method.

Online Banking through Dragonpay – Enjoy a more secure online payment environment and convenient access from anywhere on the Internet. Currently supported banks include BDO, BPI, Metrobank, RCBC, RCBC Savings, Unionbank, UCPB, Chinabank, PNB, and EastWest Bank. Several more banks to follow in the near future.

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Banking through Dragonpay – Walk-in to a branch of any of our supported banks to make a deposit-payment over-the-counter. Currently supported bank for over-the-counter deposit are Banco de Oro (BDO), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Metrobank, Rizal Commercial Banking Corp (RCBC), Chinabank, EastWest Bank (EWB), Landbank, Maybank, Philippine National Bank (PNB), Security Bank, United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB), and Unionbank, with more banks to follow.

PayPal Use your PayPal account to pay for your purchases directly from our website.

TendoPay – TendoPay is an installment plan solution that gives you the convenience to buy now and pay later for your online purchases in 2 to 24 months installments. No need for credit cards or bank accounts. You can create your TendoPay account from our website when you choose it as a payment option upon checkout.


Can I pay in installment?

Yes! For our retail stores, we offer 3 months installment at 0% through BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and Unionbank.

If you wish to avail longer installment terms of 12-24 months, we suggest that you contact your bank if you can purchase from us straight charge and whether they will allow you to convert it into your desired payment schedule for zero or minimal fees.

For the online shop you may choose TendoPay as your payment method to avail of the installment option.

I only prefer COD, can I still buy from Urban Gadgets?

Yes, we recommend that you check out our stores at Lazada and Shopee. Just choose COD as your payment method.



What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer flat rate shipping fees for all our shipping zones.

  • Luzon and Metro Manila – minimum of ₱180 for a small pack
  • Visayas and Mindanao – minimum of ₱190 for a small pack

Additional ₱100 for medium pack, ₱200 for large pack, and ₱300 for extra large pack deliveries. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated once you have entered your shipping address on the checkout page.

How long will delivery take?

In lieu of the government imposed community quarantine, shipping of products will resume its regular schedule 3-5 business days after the quarantine is lifted. See more on our Terms and Conditions page.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Upon completing your order, our sales team will verify payment completion. Once payment has been confirmed, we will notify you via email and/or SMS about your shipment tracking number by 7PM on the same day.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. We will send an invoice for your order(s) via the email that you have provided during checkout.

Do you offer promos or discounts?

Can I return items that I've bought from your website?

Products with discounts of 50% or more are no longer covered by manufacturer’s warranty.


Our products are carefully curated and picked from only the top brands in the world. However we understand that defects do happen. In the rare event of a manufacturer’s defect, we will gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt of product. Please reach us at the contact details below in the event you encounter a likely defect. We will walk you through some troubleshooting procedures and then have the product undergo technical evaluation in our office. Please note that manufacturer defect does not cover items that have clearly been damaged through improper use, negligence, or wear and tear.

In order to keep costs down and continue to pass on these savings to our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products without manufacturer’s defects.
