Can we order during the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ)?

Customers may place their orders by purchasing products from our website.

  1. We only accept upfront payments through Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal, DragonPay, GCash, and TendoPay.
  2. There may be delays in shipping due to the GCQ. We aim to ship orders within 5 business days after payment is validated.
  3. A No-Cancellation Policy will be imposed to ensure that we are able to prioritize and fulfill orders of serious buyers only.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We want to make it very easy for you to shop. There are several payment methods you can choose from:

Bank Transfer – Simply deposit your payment to our bank accounts and use the Deposit Slip form to send us a picture or screenshot of your bank deposit slip/fund transfer transaction so that we can process your payment immediately.

Credit Cards and Debit Cards – We accept all credit and debit cards via PayPal. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to use this method.

Cash on Delivery – Available to orders that will be shipped within Metro Manila and for orders up to ₱20,000. 

GCash through PesoPay – Regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, GCash is a safe money issuer and remittance agent. 

GrabPay through PesoPay – Use your GrabPay wallet/credits to pay for your purchase over PesoPay secure servers.

Online Banking through Dragonpay – Enjoy a more secure online payment environment and convenient access from anywhere on the Internet. Currently supported banks include BDO, BPI, Metrobank, RCBC, RCBC Savings, Unionbank, UCPB, Chinabank, PNB, and EastWest Bank. Several more banks to follow in the near future.

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Banking through Dragonpay – Walk-in to a branch of any of our supported banks to make a deposit-payment over-the-counter. Currently supported bank for over-the-counter deposit are Banco de Oro (BDO), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Metrobank, Rizal Commercial Banking Corp (RCBC), Chinabank, EastWest Bank (EWB), Landbank, Maybank, Philippine National Bank (PNB), Security Bank, United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB), and Unionbank, with more banks to follow.

PayCash through PesoPay – Walk-in to pay in cash on any BDO, RCBC, Bayad Center, and ECPay outlets nationwide.

PayPal Use your PayPal account to pay for your purchases directly from our website.

TendoPay – TendoPay is an installment plan solution that gives you the convenience to buy now and pay later for your online purchases in 2 to 24 months installments. No need for credit cards or bank accounts. You can create your TendoPay account from our website when you choose it as a payment option upon checkout.

Can I pay in installment?

Yes! For our retail stores, we offer 3 months installment at 0% through BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and Unionbank.

If you wish to avail longer installment terms of 12-24 months, we suggest that you contact your bank if you can purchase from us straight charge and whether they will allow you to convert it into your desired payment schedule for zero or minimal fees.

For the online shop you may choose TendoPay as your payment method to avail of the installment option.

I only prefer COD, can I still buy from Urban Gadgets?

Cash on Delivery is available to orders that will be shipped within Metro Manila and for orders up to ₱20,000. If you’re outside Metro Manila and you wish to purchase using COD, we recommend that you check out our stores at Lazada and Shopee. Just choose COD as your payment method.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer flat rate shipping fees for all our shipping zones.

  • Metro Manila – minimum of ₱280 for a small pack
  • Luzon – minimum of ₱390 for a small pack
  • Visayas and Mindanao – minimum of ₱415 for a small pack

Additional ₱100 for medium pack, ₱200 for large pack, and ₱300 for extra large pack deliveries. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated once you have entered your shipping address on the checkout page.

How long will delivery take?

Although we aim to ship orders within 2 business days after payment is validated, there may still be delays in shipping due to the MECQ. 

Metro Manila via Grab, Lalamove or Mr. Speedy – within 2 business days upon payment confirmation.
Provincial areas via LBC – within 5 business days upon payment confirmation. Please check with the LBC nearest your area to confirm if they deliver door-to-door, some LBC branches allow pick-ups only.

All items are carefully packed and secured before they are handed over to riders/couriers. Urban Gadgets will not be held liable for any damages or delays incurred by them, since we do not handle them directly.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

Upon completing your order, our sales team will verify your payment details. Once payment has been confirmed, we will notify you via email and/or SMS about your shipment tracking number.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. We will send an invoice for your order(s) via the email that you have provided during checkout.
