New Delivery Schedule for Urban Gadgets
Due to the latest developments in community quarantine restrictions for NCR and its neighboring cities, our retail stores will be closed from Monday, March 29 to Sunday, April 11, following the protocol set by IATF. We will, however, continue serving online orders to the best of our abilities and will be following a strict cut-off schedule.
Schedule for the Website
Orders from the website that are bound for Metro Manila destinations will be shipped via motorcycle couriers (Grab, Lalamove or Mr. Speedy).
Those bound for provincial locations will be shipped via LBC. However, recipients outside the NCR Plus bubble are advised to expect delays due to travel restrictions.

We are suspending COD for website orders while on ECQ. In the meantime, if you wish to purchase using COD, we recommend that you check out our stores at Lazada and Shopee. Just choose COD as your payment method.

Lazada and Shopee orders will continue to be shipped according to the schedules they have set. You may monitor the shipment of your orders via your app dashboards.
