  4. Participating products with discounts as the promotional offer will be given to the participating customers outright.
  5. Participating customers may request to claim their free bundled items (applicable only for the following products: Elite 45h, Elite 85h, Elite 75t, Elite Active 75t, Elite 65t WLC, and Elite Active 75t WLC) by registering the product purchased via http://www.jabraphwarranty.com/. The customer must accurately and completely fill out the online form with their complete name, e-mail address, mobile number, complete mailing address, product(s) purchased, and purchase date. The customers must also upload their proof of purchase upon registration. For online purchases, customers can upload the screenshot of their order details to serve as proof of purchase, however, for the customers to be eligible for the freebie, the transaction must be completed, and the product purchased must be delivered and/or received.
  6. Registration per product purchased is one-time only and one (1) redemption is based on one (1) registration submission form.
  7. The deadline for registration for free item redemption is on January 8, 2021, until 11:59PM.
  8. An e-mail verification will be sent to the participating end-user within 24 – 72 hours after submission of the online registration to confirm that the registration is successful. The free bundled item will be delivered to the address given by the customer in http://www.jabraphwarranty.com/ and courier charges will be done at the organizer’s expense. The organizers will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or any untoward incident before, during, and after shipping the freebies. In the case of Grab vouchers, it will be sent through the mobile number given by the customers on the said website.
  9. Delivery of the bundled item will be scheduled within 30 days after successful registration at http://www.jabraphwarranty.com/
  10. The claiming period is until January 8, 2021. Unclaimed free bundled items after the said date will no longer be available for claiming and will be forfeited in favor of the organizer with prior DTI approval.
  11. Actual freebies may vary in color and packaging. All prizes are tax-free, non-convertible to cash, or other items. Prizes are not supported by warranty.

  • The promotion is open to all Jabra customers residing in the Philippines and purchasing Jabra products through Urban Gadgets.
  • Jabra employees and employees of Urban Gadgets, any other party who are directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the promotion and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join this promo.
  • The participating customer must go to http://jabraphwarranty.com/ and register the product he/she purchased for the redemption of the freebie. The customer must accurately and completely fill out the online form with their complete name, e-mail address, mobile number, complete mailing address, and other required details on the online form. Registration per product is one-time only. Any inconsistencies in the submitted information and failure to input the correct details on the form will automatically disqualify the customer in redeeming the freebie.
  • All freebies are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
