We’re living in such strange times where we’ve found ourselves stuck in the four walls of our homes, which in turn is inhibiting our growth and our self-care. Weekend trips out of town are no longer something we can do on a whim; Family movie nights in the theatres or even lunch dates in a full and buzzing restaurant are now a thing of the past. Anxiety and stress levels are running high and we have no outside activities to turn to in order to help lower them.
On September 26, 2020, Saturday at 7:00 am, Gadget Geek Cay Kuijpers will be sharing some tips with us on how we can still prioritize our mental health in spite of the current situation. She’s kicking things off with a quick endorphine-boosting exercise that’s easy to follow and stick to in the comfort of our own homes.
