Activation Process: When you qualify with either a single purchase or several cumulative purchases, make sure to provide your full name and email address upon checkout to receive an exclusive invitation to activate your VIP membership. Your email address links your purchases to your VIP status, so don’t skip that part!

Keep your VIP status active with at least two purchases per year, spaced six months apart. Inactivity reverts your status to Loyalty membership, keeping your points intact.
 

Limitations of Benefits

    • Birthday Voucher: Exclusions include Insta360 cameras, DJI drones and gimbals, GoPro cameras. Vouchers are non-transferable and not valid with other promotions.
    • Monthly Free Shipping: Complements VIP benefits, excluding large and XL items. Vouchers expire monthly, with new ones emailed to you.
